collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Sardoba mobile application (the "App").
Important: The App is not a financial service.
It does not provide payments, banking, money transfers, lending, investments, or order processing.
The App only displays loyalty points and a catalog. Points are not money and cannot be withdrawn.
Any real payments or accounting happen outside the App (for example, in a POS system).
1. App Features and What Data They Need
Account and login (OTP): phone number; optional name/surname and date of birth.
Loyalty points: loyalty card identifiers and points balance/history to show your rewards.
QR code display: the App can show a QR code linked to your account for loyalty use.
Catalog: shows items and offers; no orders or payments are created in the App.
Branches and map: optional location data to show nearby branches and navigation.
Notifications: push token to send service updates and points alerts.
Profile photo: camera or gallery access if you choose to upload a photo.
Referral: referral code to track invitations and award points.
Support: optional call or email to contact support.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
Phone number (for registration and login).
Name/surname (optional, for profile display).
Date of birth (optional, for personalization).
Referral code (optional, for loyalty program).
2.2 Loyalty and Points Data
Loyalty card details (card number or internal identifiers).
Points balance and points history (transactions related to loyalty points).
2.3 Technical and Diagnostic Data
Device information (model, OS version).
App diagnostics, crash logs, and error reports.
2.4 Push Notifications
Push notification token (to deliver points updates and service messages).

If you grant permission, we use location data to show nearby branches and map/navigation features.
You can deny permission and still use the App.

We do not access your photos or videos without your action.

6. Third-Party Services

Yandex MapKit — maps, branch locations, and navigation.
These providers process limited technical identifiers according to their own privacy policies.

We keep data while your account is active, or as required for legal, security, or technical purposes.
You can request deletion at any time by contacting us.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data,
but no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
